Tip for Refilling Cartridges

Just a quick tip:
If you refill your own cartridges (a good way to save some money), then make sure you don’t add too much liquid at any time. Drip it in slowly until the wadding is thoroughly soaked, but without excess liquid on top. Then wait a couple of minutes to make sure the wadding has fully absorbed the liquid before you attach the cartridge to the cigarette. Never use ecigarettes with an empty cartridge – you risk irreparably damaging the atomizer

Smoking Everywhere are based in Florida and distribute a number of electronic cigarette models and also an e-cigar. We took a look at their biggest seller, the Electronic Cigarette 2.0 Starter Kit. The kit is nicely packaged and comes with the following:

The unit emulates a real cigarette very well, even from quite close up it looks like the real thing. We found the battery lasted a full day on one charge with normal use, though if you’re a very heavy smoker you might not quite make a whole day. We were very happy with the design and function of the unit, however we think that supplying 5 tobacco flavor cartridges with full strength nicotine (16mg is about the equivalent of a filterless cigarette), is an odd decision. If you’re only going to supply one strength of cartridge in the kit, why not make it the medium one? On the plus side, replacement cartridges are available at $9.99 for 5 – some of the cheapest we’ve seen, and there is a large range available, including Apple, Cherry, Menthol and Strawberry.

We suggest buying a pack or two of cartridges with the kit in order to get the strength and flavor you want. As the kit currently retails at $89.99, this still represents good value for money, especially as they offer a 12 month manufacturer replacement warranty.
