Tip for Refilling Cartridges

Just a quick tip:
If you refill your own cartridges (a good way to save some money), then make sure you don’t add too much liquid at any time. Drip it in slowly until the wadding is thoroughly soaked, but without excess liquid on top. Then wait a couple of minutes to make sure the wadding has fully absorbed the liquid before you attach the cartridge to the cigarette. Never use ecigarettes with an empty cartridge – you risk irreparably damaging the atomizer

The PureSmoke Starter Kit currently costs $56.99 and comes in two versions Full Flavor and Menthol Flavor. Both kits contain the same basic items:

1 Lithium-ion rechargeable battery
1 Atomizer
1 USB charger
4 cartridges

The kit is presented in a case which looks like a normal cigarette box. They recommend that you charge the battery for 2 hours before use and that you don’t leave it charging for more than 3 hours. An LED on the charger tells you when it’s ready to be removed, and an LED on the cigarette blinks when it needs to be recharged. Cartridge life is good – each one being equal to around a pack of cigarettes. The battery last for about 100 puffs, or about half a cartridge. It’s definitely a good idea to purchase a spare, unfortunately they are fairly expensive at $28.99.

We tested the menthol flavor and it had a nice ‘minty’ flavor, with a good amount of vapor. All in all a good choice for those who want to ‘test the waters’ without spending too much money up front.

As the juice was so cheap, we bought 3 different flavors with the kit: Carolina Tobacco, Menthol and Coffee. Although all were perfectly good, despite the number of different flavors we’ve tried, we always seem to end up preferring normal tobacco flavor. We are happy to recommend this kit, it functions well and you get the benefit of Vapornine’s usual high level of customer service.
